Where is PFM Transparency Most Needed

40% of respondents to a survey at the Winter ICGFM Conference said that performance reporting is the most needed affect of public financial management transparency. The voting was:

Strategic priorities: 17%
Budget priorities: 9%
Financial reporting: 34%
Performance reporting: 40%
