The discussion
will focus on DRM and how developing countries are moving along the continuum
from needing assistance to prosperous nations. DRM is the natural
counterpart of that development.
Description of the benefits to countries of DRM will also be discussed.
How it has been done – successfully! – and what has been achieved.
Discussion of the El Salvador case and elements of other cases will be
covered. Upcoming meeting in Addis will touch
on how DRM plays on the international stage.
