  • Learn how a consortium made up of WYG, CIPFA and Michael Parry Consulting are leading a program in Somalia to support effective financial management through the development of competent PFM professionals.
  • Hear from experts on the approach and how this is achieved through building capacity and setting up processes that will benefit future generations in Somalia.
Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Public Financial Management (PFM) is pivotal in providing timely, transparent and accurate financial information across the public sector. Developing a strong PFM training program can help inform Government decision making in support of service delivery, and ultimately benefit the citizens of the country. This demand is particularly acute in fragile and post conflict states like Somalia.
