40% of respondents to a survey at the Winter ICGFM Conference said that performance reporting is the most needed affect of public financial management transparency. The voting was:

  1. Strategic priorities: 17%
  2. Budget priorities: 9%
  3. Financial reporting: 34%
  4. Performance reporting: 40%
